(199401042730 [328418-A]) (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "our") in this website ("Personal Data") will be recorded, stored and otherwise processed by us for obtaining your feedback in relation to our goods and services, advertising, marketing, communication, conducting market surveys, trend analysis, processing your membership application or registration under our loyalty program and our other legitimate business purposes as stated in our Privacy Policy ("Purpose").

Please be informed that your Personal Data may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable data privacy laws. In addition, you will appreciate that we are part of the L’Oréal Group which operates in multiple jurisdictions. Accordingly, access to the Personal Data may be granted to other entities within the L’Oréal Group and may be transferred out of Malaysia for their processing of your Personal Data for any of the foregoing Purpose, if required.

By clicking "I AGREE", you acknowledge that you have submitted a reservation request for your redemption product. You also acknowledge that you have taken care to maintain the validity of your account details.

This does not confirm the product is available for your redemption. Should your choice of redemption product not be available, our Customer Service will contact you via email. Kerastase Malaysia is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by you should your choice of redemption product be unavailable.

  • General
  • The programme, rewards, privileges and terms and conditions in respect of the Kerastase Loyalty Club (“Programme”) may be changed, revised, supplemented, suspended, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice to Members at the sole discretion of L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 328418-A) (“Company”).
  • Membership
  • The Programme is open to all individual residents of Malaysia with valid Malaysian mobile phone number and shall be of the age of 18 years and above as at the start of the Programme Period (“Member”), subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.
  • The approval of the application is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company may reject any applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  • All Members are subject to the terms and conditions of the Programme, which may be changed, revised, supplemented, suspended, withdrawn or terminated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Members are entitled to enjoy the relevant benefits and privileges of the Programme throughout the Programme Period.
  • Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for (i) cash (in full or in part), (ii) non-designated products or (iii) non-designated Rewards (as defined hereafter) and may only be used by the Members for purposes outlined in the Programme.
  • Members must provide their Malaysian mobile phone number when requested by the Company or its employees, in order to enjoy the relevant membership benefits or privileges.
  • Accumulation of Points and Validity
  • Points accumulation shall be effective from, and includes the points from the first purchase.
  • Points will expire 12 months from the first date of purchase.
  • To earn points, Members are required to link their membership through our Kerastase Official Store on LazMall every time a purchase made.
  • Points are earned and accumulated, strictly through the purchase of any Kerastase products at Kerastase Malaysia Official Store on LazMall.
  • Kerastase Malaysia reserves the right to deduct or recompute any points earned to the member’s account for the purpose of correcting any errors or inaccuracies in the allocation of the points.
  • Rewards Redemption
  • Members may use points collected to redeem for the relevant rewards (“Rewards”). The Rewards may be limited in supply and they will be rewarded on a first come first serve basis.
  • Redemption shall be made online by submitting a redemption request at Kerastase Malaysia’s online portal at the following link - www.rewards.kerastase.com.my.
  • Once a request for Rewards has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
  • The Company reserves the right to replace the Rewards with another product of similar value or full refund of the loyalty points in the event of unavailability without prior notice to the Members.
  • Rewards Delivery
  • Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Delivery will take between 4 to 7 business days.
  • No change of address is allowed once the request for Rewards has been submitted.
  • We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or ship internationally.
  • Kerastase Malaysia will send you a confirmation SMS to your registered mobile when the redemption is successful. The confirmation SMS will contain your order reference number and remaining points after redemption. If you do not receive the order confirmation SMS within three (3) business days, please check your order summary in "Rewards History". Alternatively, you may also contact us [email protected].
  • If you find that your Rewards item(s) are damaged or missing upon delivery, please report to us at [email protected] within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery together with supporting evidence and order reference number. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.
  • Kerastase Malaysia will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  • Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
  • All Rewards item(s) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • By submitting the application, the Member agrees that the Company may collect, record, hold, store, use, deal and/or process the Member’s personal data for the purposes contemplated herein and.

  • Introduction
  • By submitting the Membership Application, Members are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  • Eligibility
  • The Company shall require a Member to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the Programme including without limitation, identification documents.
  • The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Programme Period, make reward substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Programme in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Members agree that their continued participation in the Programme will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as changed).
  • The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Programme shall be final, binding and conclusive on all Members, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  • Limitation of Liability
  • The Member’s participation in the Programme shall be at the Member’s own risk.
  • The Company, its, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Member in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Member arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Member in this Programme, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any Reward.
  • Where the Terms and Conditions of the Programme is prepared in English and any other language(s) in the event of any inconsistency between the English language and the other language(s), the English language version shall prevail and govern in all respects.
  • The Terms and Conditions of the Programme shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance the laws of Malaysia.
